Jinning Li is responsible for leading Vista’s Civil and Structural Engineering and Design teams. He graduated from the North University of China in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics and in 1990 earned a master’s degree from Tianjin University.
Jinning joined Vista in 2004 after nearly 14 years with other international companies in the oil and gas industry.
