Kursad Ulusoy has 31 years of process engineering and project management experience in petroleum refining operations, particularly in delayed coking, hydroprocessing, hydrocracking, and hydrogen production/purification plants, as well as central processing facility design for in-situ heavy oil operations. Prior to joining Vista, he acted as the Process Manager or the Lead Process Engineer for over 10 years, supervising large groups of process engineers on projects in an EPC environment. Kursad has extensive, hands-on experience in integrated engineering services as a Process Engineer and Project Manager on major refinery projects. He has also conducted many feasibility studies and has considerable experience in international bidding and procurement activities. Kursad holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters of Science in Engineering from the University of Tulsa. Kursad is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
